'EYE OPENER' EVENT HELD AT LAGOS AVENUE

'Eye Opener' Event Held At Lagos Avenue.
A Health Outreach night with the sexy and cute ladies on Lagos Avenue Street was held on Friday 7th September 2018. This was an eye opener and amazing experience.
The 'Eye opener' outreach event was carried out by STass Ghana, a charity organization that provides support for People Living with HIV, hepatitis and mental health illness through creating awareness with a aim of reducing stigma.
At the event, staff and volunteers of STass Ghana carried out desensitization on HIV/AIDS and mental health, shared condoms and HIV quick testing among the participants. The event that lasted for 6 hours brought smiles to the faces of volunteers, commercial sex workers, as well as their clients and the members of the public that patronised the event.
The night workers shared their stories on HIV, intimating their believe that the syndrome is real, as such they always insist on their clients to use condoms. They thanked STass Ghana for letting them know they are not alone on the street..
The directors for the  event, Madam Tina Latifah Jones, cofounder of STass Ghana and Debra Jane, CEO ThinkMahogany,  expressed their appreciation to the staff, volunteers and patrons for making the event one to remember.
